Juniors and Seniors
If you are a third or fourth (or fifth) year student, Career Services has many resources available for you.
When you are ready to start planning your career, meet with a career
counselor to find internship, job, and/or graduate school opportunities. If you are unsure about your major
or career interests, consider making an appointment to explore majors and careers.
These last two years of college are a great opportunity for you to build and refine your resume with interesting
and diverse experiences that will make you attractive to employers or graduate schools. Take this time to narrow
down your interests and network with professionals to learn more about careers or graduate programs of interest.
Ideas to get started:
- Register on CSO to obtain updates on career events and internship listings.
- Attend career and internship fairs and participate in
on-campus interviewing. Employers recruit in the fall, so get a head start on your search!
- Continue to build your resume, including
student organizations, volunteer
work, research opportunities, professional organizations, and extracurricular activities.
- Work on your resume, cover letter, and interviewing skills (see links below).
- Once you get a job/internship offer, be sure to let us know by filling out our placement survey.
