How do I register for a Career and Internship Fair?
All Career and Internship Fair Registration is managed by your account on Career Buffs. If your organization does not yet have a Career Buffs
account you may create one at

Enter your username and password in Career Buffs:

- On the toolbar click on CAREER EVENTS
- Search for your fair by selecting the Career Fair category
- Select the event you wish to register for by clicking in the event icon or the name of the event
(Left hand columns)
- This will bring you to a screen confirming you selected the event you want...now click the button that
says register now
- When you reach the majors box, click on "Add/Remove" under Profile Information. When the window pops up,
click on the [+] to bring down the majors tree. From there, click on the majors you want in each school.
When finished selecting the majors, click on "Close Window".Your majors will show up in the majors box.
- In the lower box you have the opportunity to provide information that will be helpful to students attending the fair...you MUST indicate what job category(s) you are recruiting for. To select multiple categories
from the list, hold down your control key while clicking on each category you choose to select. All other
information is optional, but it is to your advantage to be clear about your recruiting intentions at the fair.
- Once you have completed that information, click the continue button.
- You must select one of the Attendance Fee options. Please let us know how many representatives you plan to
bring. Please select Electricity only if it is ABSOLUTELY necessary. We have limited access to
112 v. power.
Now click SAVE
- In the payment box, please click INVOICE. (You may need to temporarily disable your pop-up blocker
to allow this next screen to show). Please print your invoice and either mail it in with a check or you may
pay by credit card online through your Career Buffs account. Your registration will not be considered complete until
we have received your fee payment. Please plan accordingly.
- You will receive a confirmation packet upon receipt of payment.
