StrengthsQuest

Career Services is excited to offer CU-Boulder faculty, staff, and students a team building workshop using StrengthsQuest. In recent years, there has been a movement to challenge individuals to focus on incorporating their talents into their personal and professional lives. In 2001, Gallup research developed an assessment, StrengthsFinder, to help individuals discover and use their natural talents. StrengthsQuest was created by Gallup to help individuals identify, understand, and maximize their strengths and talents. The assessment and group interpretation will provide valuable information for you and others to enhance your team’s professional and personal goals.

Career Services offers this workshop with no facilitator fee or charge.  The only cost to you will be the cost of the StrengthsQuest online tool and resources, which is $13 per person for groups of 3 or more.

Note: Our busiest times are the three weeks preceding our Career and Internship Fairs (end of September/beginning of October, end of January, and mid-April). We try to accommodate all requests, but need at least two weeks notice in order to best meet your needs.
